Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner

The Oslo Ocean Days Gala Dinner brings together leaders, decision-makers and industry peers for an evening of conversation, connection and celebration.

Set in the Oslo Opera House, one of the city’s most distinctive waterfront venues, the evening unfolds with views across the Oslofjord and a setting that reflects the spirit of the ocean industries.

Guests are served a three-course dinner with carefully selected wines, creating a natural setting for both new conversations and strengthening existing relationships. Throughout the evening, curated entertainment adds energy to the programme without taking focus away from the people in the room.

As the dinner concludes, the evening continues with an afterparty inside the Opera House, where the DJ sets the tone for a more informal and social atmosphere.

The Gala Dinner takes place on 10 September from 19:00 to 02:00 and marks the official closing of Oslo Ocean Days.

Capacity is limited to 450 guests. Individual seats and tables of ten are available.

More information about the programme will be announced soon.

The conference will also explore the wider geopolitical and economic forces influencing global trade and shipping markets, alongside the rapid pace of technological innovation across ship design, digitalisation and efficiency.
With Norway playing a pivotal role in maritime technology, energy transition and sustainable shipping, Oslo provides the perfect setting for an open and forward-looking conversation about the future of the industry.
Bringing together senior decision-makers from across the global maritime ecosystem, the Oslo Ocean Days Headline Conference will offer a unique platform for insight, debate and collaboration on the challenges and opportunities ahead for shipping.
